1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

2.1. Registration data: email, name (Google), profile picture (Google).

2.2. Uploaded data: video files, person photos, generated images and videos.

2.3. Automatic data: IP address, browser type, generation history.

3. Purpose of processing

Service delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), billing, legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Biometric data processing

4.1. Photos and videos with likeness constitute biometric data (Art. 9 GDPR).

4.2. Legal basis: explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

4.3. User confirms consent from all persons in uploaded materials.

4.4. Materials used solely for generation, not shared for marketing.

5. Where we store data

Supabase (EU, Frankfurt), fal.ai (temporary), Vercel (EU), Stripe (EU).

6. Data retention

Account: until deletion. Files: until user deletes. fal.ai: 24h. Billing: 5 years. Logs: 30 days.

7. User rights (GDPR)

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to data protection authority. Contact: kontakt@facey.pl.

8. Cookies and analytics

Cookies: essential (login session), functional. Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, GDPR compliant). Sentry (error monitoring).

Meta Pixel (Facebook) — we use Meta Pixel for traffic analysis and ad optimization. The Pixel may place cookies in your browser and collect anonymous data about site activity (pages visited, purchases). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can disable tracking in your browser settings or at facebook.com/settings.

9. Data processors

Supabase Inc., fal.ai, Vercel Inc., Stripe Inc., Google LLC, Plausible Insights OÜ, Sentry, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel — analytics and remarketing).

10. Security

HTTPS/TLS, data encryption at rest, Row Level Security, API keys in environment variables.
